Im going to tell you how to record a video!
The most simple in use,program,is camstudio.
Very simple to record,since you have only to click the red button and record. Click on region and select what you want:
Region (Select your own place that you will record).
Fixed region (Put your own dentails).
Full screen (Record on full screen).
When you're recording,click Pause to pause each part.Don't click Stop or you'll have to save the video and start new recording.
Important tip: Always Record to AVI.

So when you finish,click on Stop,save and ready!
